Topology Roadmap¶

Day-0¶

Launch the fixed AWS CORE plus EDGE plus public boot/sentry topology. Keep CORE APIs private and boot/sentry keyless.

First Expansion¶

Increase validator count only after signer, monitoring, and migration checks pass. Preserve one active Dirk signer cell per validator-bearing node.

Intermediate CORE¶

Add non-AWS oracle-capable CORE sources while retaining AWS as the operational cornerstone. This reduces the accepted AWS provider outage risk.

Future Full Provider Diversity¶

Move toward 7 to 9 validator-bearing nodes, separate public RPC/Beacon/archive tiers, and provider-diverse oracle-capable CORE. The previous V=45 plan belongs here, not Day-0.
